  I can’t believe people talking rubbish. I have being visiting TEDS stores since early 80’s .
  At first was Elizabeth street in City, than all other if I was in that area , even Sydney …
  Staff are very well trained, and if not, there is always senior - I would call professionals and in that
  particular store (High point SC) , it was George ( known him since 90’s) Shane ( both now retired ). I have know
  Daniel Manager from Werribee store ( till it closed down ), Gary from same store . Robyn Wheeler (Young) State manager used to
  Work at any store for few weeks etc. but most of the time she was at Elizabeth street. I know from my personal experience that at any store
  Staff is very customer focus, and no problem to return goods if there is any issues.
  Weather I purchased $7000 dollars Canon, or $30 battery charger, lens or camera bags etc. never have problem.
  Nothing against old people, but I witnessed 15 minutes of giving staff hard time with questions , like almost testing their
  Knowledge in details. My advice is, do you homework , what you want, and stop treating sales people like cattle,
  Because they have family go to after work. Be patient, and you my even get you rewards after staff get to know you,
  I have, many times, free full bags of $12 dollar films (near expiring date), on later date, digital age, always something…
  Staff will know you are valued customer , not only because you spend money, but you have being respectful to them .
